Had a bad experience while enjoying our stay talking with family received a call from the desk stating they had numerous complaints from multiple floors of the noise we were making. Actually watching the All Star game and talking at 1030pm. We needed to be quiet although we paid for our rooms just like everyone else. Lady across the hall came out she was sick with covid and could we not go back and forth between the rooms we occupied . The lovey shaggy rag front desk Kelly assumed we were in the wrong without listening that it was 2 family members on separate floors making the accusation. Never in all the hotels I've been in has anything like this happened. We have had partys before in a room. Never have I been worried about the noise anyone else is making. Let's learn to mind our own business. Moral of the story is don't stay here you may get arrested or thrown out because your neighbors money is better than yours. Never more offended.

Do not stay here if you are black and Kelly is working !!!! Not saying the establishment as a whole is prejudice but she definitely is. My family had 3 rooms here and 2 children our kids were well behaved and was in our presence the whole time. The front desk attendant Kelly even saw us in the gym for an hour. As we walked back to our room we were approached by a guest who stated she had Covid and accused us of running up and down the whole for an hour meanwhile we were down stairs at the gym where Kelly saw us . We told the guest we hope she felt better but that was not us running up and down the hall. An hour later we get a call from Kelly saying she had a complaint from multiple floors that we were making noise we went downstairs to explain that that wasn’t us and automatically got dismissed by Kelly she wouldn’t even hear what we had to say . We paid our money like everyone else did and did nothing wrong and she would not hear what we had to say we were automatically in the wrong and believe we were profiled. I will never stay here again OR recommend staying here to anyone . Also wanted to add someone was smoking cigarettes inside of the facility and the rooms smelled when arriving

All in all this is a great hotel. Pool was nice and very clean, the gym was nice and there were lots of equipment to workout with, the breakfast was decent and the kids really enjoyed themselves. The laundry area was the only thing that needed improvement. one washer was out of order and one dry made lots of noise and didn't dry well.

My family stayed for a week over Christmas. This was 1/4 the price of an Airbnb, so it worked for us. The rooms were very clean and updated. The kitchen had a full size fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and all the cups and plates you need. Breakfast each morning was nice bonus, however basic. Nice gym and pool area. The location is good/ right off William Floyd and LIE. Brand new Walmart and restaurants in the same parking lot. The laundry room would have been amazing had the only dryer worked. I bought laundry detergent and a roll of quarters only to find out I had to go to a laundromat. The things that were frustrating: the walls are very thin. We could hear the next room’s TV all night long through the wall, also the subsequent unwrapping of gifts and musical toys at 6 am. Then on the other side, arguing. Literally could hear everything. Half way through the stay, someone started moving furniture above us so their child could run back and forth at 11 pm. For a place where people who are displaced and need long term accommodations, this place is great but needs some tweaks and better planning.
